Class Descriptions

Balanced Body Barre Balanced Body Barre - Smart, Sexy, Strong! This energizing class set to music, fuses principles of pilates, yoga and dance. Using the Barre(or chair), balls, and hand weights, your instructor will guide you through precise exercises that strengthen upper body, glutes, thighs, hamstrings and core. Continuous attention to form and alignment "turns on" the cardio intensity while improving balance, posture and muscle strength. Perfect for all exercise levels!

Body Rock Body Rock - This new high intensity interval training workout will completely transform your body. These workouts are designed to take your fitness to the next level and improve your athletic ability. We will blast all major muscle groups, leaving muscles shaped and toned through circuits, drills, tabata, cardiovascular conditioning and strength training. This sweatshop will put your metabolism into overdrive to burn fat for hours after the workout!!!

Free Style Ride Free Style Ride - This 60 minute class gives you a great variety in your cycling workout! Our instructors focus on building endurance and giving you a wonderful cardiovascular workout!

HIIT HIIT - HIIT is a challenging 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training! The class is designed to push you to your highest athletic level - you'll be getting the most out of your workout in the least amount of time! HIIT uses elements of strength training, cardio and plyometircs in a class format that will never be the same twice, which will keep both you and your muscles engaged and excited for your workout! The class is available at an extra charge.

Power Yoga Power Yoga - This 60 minute, vigorous class focuses on building both muscular and mental endurance. A series of flowing and static poses and a great emphasis on proper alignment will help increase upper body, lower body, and core strength, flexibility, balance, and stability. Some knowledge of very basic yoga poses is recommended prior coming to class.

Sculpt Sculpt - In just 30 action-packed minutes, this class will work you from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain, and give you ripped abs! This class will work all of your muscles!!

Senior Cycle Senior Cycle - Get fitter in only 30 minutes! It's as easy as riding a bike and in the 30 minute, riding a bike has never been better! Burn calories, improve muscular endurance, and build cardio fitness as you ride with surges, short intervals, power, and end with a rush! Inspiring music and motivating coaches will ensure that EVERYONE FINISHES

Silver Sneakers CardioFit Silver Sneakers CardioFit - New Description

Silver Sneakers Circuit Silver Sneakers Circuit - Silver Sneakers Circuit is one step up from the Classic program. This class involves more cardiovascular movements and less seated movements than Silver Sneakers Classic. All Silver Sneakers classes are included with a Silver Sneakers membership.

Silver Sneakers Classic Silver Sneakers Classic - Silver Sneakers Classic encourages you to have fun and move to the music through a variety or exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, ad a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for sitting and/or standing support. All Silver Sneakers classes are included with a Silver Sneakers membership.

Yoga 101 Yoga 101 - Mixed-level, Breath-lead, Power Vinyasa flow.

Yoga Flow Yoga Flow - Enjoy 60 minutes of "you" time while increasing flexibility, strength, endurance, and overall health and wellness of both body and mind. Fresh, inspirational music combined with a variety of beginner-intermediate and restorative poses sets the stage for a positive yoga experience whatever your fitness level.

Zumba Zumba - A Zumba workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from a variety of different styles! the routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and raises the heart rate. Instructors often add their own unique styles to make each class different. Come dance your way to a healthier lifestyle!
