Class Descriptions

Flow Yoga Flow Yoga - Flow includes the same benefits as a traditional Hatha classes (variety, stretch, strength, alignment and stimulation) with the added component of Sun Salutations. Sun Salutations, (or flow), involve strength and stamina for the upper body, shoulders and spine as well as stimulation for the nervous system. This class is suitable for those wanting to maintain or deepen their flow practice and for those wanting to build flow into their practice while including the variety Hatha provides

Hatha Yoga Hatha Yoga - A balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principals. Mindfulness; observing breath and body are an integral part of class. This style of yoga provides a great stretch and strengthens the body.

Zumba Zumba - Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating!
