Hot Flow Yoga Hot Flow Yoga - Flow includes the same benefits as a traditional Hatha classes (variety, stretch, strength, alignment and stimulation) with the added component of Sun Salutations. Sun Salutations, (or flow), involve strength and stamina for the upper body, shoulders and spine as well as stimulation for the nervous system. This class is suitable for those wanting to maintain or deepen their flow practice and for those wanting to build flow into their practice while including the variety Hatha provides

Hot Yin Yoga Hot Yin Yoga - ​Yoga as it is generally known in the west today is physically demanding, emphasizing muscular movement and a quick pace. Sometimes referred to as Yang, this style of practice is only a small slice of what yoga has to offer. Step into a Yin practice to nurture yourself with long holds and slow movement. Targeting deeper connective tissues, restorative poses are explored for several minutes at a time and encourage the practitioner to become more familiar with meditative aspects of the practice. This practice is supported by the use of props and is suitable for all levels.

Revs Revs - A stationary cycling class that combines rhythmic control training, with popular athletic drills! This dynamic workout uses rhythmic training as active aerobic recovery drills, while capitalizing on the intensity of athletic performance drills. This interval-style workout provides the foundations to establish the appropriate workload and recovery periods related to heart rate training. REVS is a 45 minute workout.
