Class Descriptions

Revs Revs - A stationary cycling class that combines rhythmic control training, with popular athletic drills! This dynamic workout uses rhythmic training as active aerobic recovery drills, while capitalizing on the intensity of athletic performance drills. This interval-style workout provides the foundations to establish the appropriate workload and recovery periods related to heart rate training. REVS is a 45 minute workout. REVS PLUS is an hour workout.

Yoga Yoga - This exciting, 60-minute class will exercise your mind, body, and spirit. Empower yourself with the invigorating flow of yoga exercises. Learn muscle control, breathing techniques, balance, and the benefits of flexibility and relaxation.

Yoga Chi Yoga Chi - A composite of exercises derived from Yoga, Tai Chi, and Chi Gong and fused into a 1 hour exercise. These exercises are designed to work the muscular-skeletal system and the cardio-vascular-pulmonary system to give the body its youthful attributes - flexible, supple, agile, nimble, energetic with strength & stamina, balance, responsive, and inquisitive.

Zumba Zumba - Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating!
